Continuing the talk series “The Mysterious Small Guild” by MCCAC “Mazā Ģilde”, in the latest episode available on March 9 at 7:00 PM, Ints Teterovskis offers anyone interested an insight into the cultural life of the building, this time focusing on the art of dance.

In the first episode of the talk series, we shared the history of the Small Guild’s creation, its interior, and the restoration process. In the second episode, we will focus on dance. The stained glass windows of the building’s main hall have reflected countless concerts, events, gatherings, and balls. However, inside the Small Guild building, there is a space where the first dance steps are taken, and where new ideas and choreographies are born. In this episode, Ints Teterovskis will converse with the leader of the Folk Dance Ensemble (TDA) “Dzintariņš” Sanita Misika, leader of the Dance Ensemble (DA) “Daiļrade” and Chief Leader of the Dance Festival Iveta Pētersone-Lazdāne, and leader of TDA “Līgo”, choreographer, and Chief Leader of the Dance Festival Jānis Purviņš.

Four meetings hosted by Ints Teterovskis are planned for the talk series “The Mysterious Small Guild” during this half-year. In future conversations, we will explore music within the cultural life of the Small Guild. The upcoming episodes of the talk series will take place on March 30 and April 20.
